About the Position:
We are looking for a MFE Engineer to join the MFE Lighting, Juarez team, reporting directly to the MFE Manager.
This position is based at our office in Juarez.
As the MFE Engineer at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Desarrollo de actividades enfocadas a la estandarización y optimización de los procesos productivos de la organización, mediante la aplicación de metodologías de mejora continua (Lean Manufacturing)y seguimiento a las mejores prácticas de manufactura, identificadas mediante la ejecución de actividades de benchmarking; para lograr que el área sea rentable y contribuya a mejorar el margen operativo de la empresa.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Realizar la definición, documentación e implementación de las actividades e información requerida para estandarizar los procesos de producción (Diagramas de flujo, AMEF´s, SOP, parámetros de operación ) en el área
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Manejo de los sistemas ISO/IATF
- Conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing
- Core Tools
- Programación
Expectations from you in this position:
- Garantizar que se ejecuten las actividades correspondientes a 5 S´s y asegurarse de recibir la capacitación necesaria
- Formación y participación en equipos de trabajo enfocados a la solución de problemas, y optimización de los recursos asignados al área de producción
- Identificar e implementar actividades de reducción de costo mediante VE/VA
- Eliminación de desperdicios (7 grandes desperdicios) mediante Value Stream Maping
- Promoción de los equipos Kaizen
- Cumplir con las reglas de seguridad y portar su EPP
