About the Position:
We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join the AL&S team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
This position is based at our office in Juarez, Mexico.
As the Maintenance Coordinator at Marelli, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure routine checks and timely repairs of equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.

Supervision and Leadership:
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.

Problem Solving:
- Quickly respond to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions, coordinating repairs to minimize downtime.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes and propose corrective actions.

Equipment and Inventory Management:
- Oversee the procurement and management of maintenance supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quality equipment and parts.

- Conduct safety audits and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

What Qualifications you will bring:
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as engineering or industrial maintenance.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
