About the Position:
We are looking for a Security Coordinator to join the Lighting team, reporting directly to the HR Manager/Country Security Manager.
This position is based at our office in Juarez.
As the Security Coordinator at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Design and execute asset security plans in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Supervise the operation of video surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
- Coordinate internal and external security personnel, ensuring adequate coverage of critical facilities and processes.
- Conduct internal investigations into losses, thefts, or incidents that affect asset security.
- Manage ongoing staff training on property security issues.
- Collaborate with authorities and external suppliers in the implementation and improvement of protection and emergency response tools.
- Prepare periodic reports on incidents, performance, and improvements in property security.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property protection.
- Propose and implement improvements in property security processes, technologies, and policies.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Current legislation on property security.
- Management of technological security systems.
- Risk prevention techniques and emergency situation management.
- Personnel management.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Leadership, analysis, decision-making, effective communication, crisis management, results-oriented, advanced English.
- Education: Preferably a professional degree in law, administration, industrial safety, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position, preferably in the industrial or automotive sector.

Optimally manage security personnel and equipment, ensuring efficient operation and an adequate response to emergencies and contingencies.

Actively promote awareness and training in asset security among all employees, encouraging compliance with established protocols.
6. Support in internal investigations:
Lead or support investigations into asset incidents, proposing solutions and adjustments that strengthen the security system.
