About the Position:
We are looking for a SQA to join the Purchasing,Lighting
team, reporting directly to SQA Manager.
This position is based at our office in Juarez.
As the SQA at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Audit suppliers to verify their quality and reliability systems.
- In the event of non-compliance by suppliers, develop improvement actions together with them, verifying the process.
- Maintain an up-to-date supplier database showing monthly results.
- Periodically send performance results to suppliers to ensure effectiveness and verify the measures taken by suppliers in case of product problems.
- Advise suppliers on the development and implementation of the quality system.
- Follow up on supplier quality issues.
What Qualifications you will bring:
SAP, Office, IATF/ISO standards, CEP, APQP, experience in quality audits, production processes. FMEA. Qualified auditor desirable. Interpretation of drawings, use of measuring equipment, supplier management, Form Q, APQP, VDA 6.1. CSR.

- Collaborating with suppliers to improve quality processes and resolve quality issues.
- Monitoring and managing supplier performance and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Supporting the development of new suppliers and the onboarding process to ensure alignment with Marelli’s quality expectations.
