About the Position:
We are looking for a Trainer in Workshop Department to join the Aftermarket Domestic team, reporting directly to the Sales&Marketing Manager.
This position is based at our office in Katowice.
As the Trainer in Workshop Department at Marelli, you will be responsible:
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Develop Training Programs: design and create technical training courses, workshops and materials, including presentations, handouts and practical exercises.
- Deliver Trainings: conduct workshops, webinars and on-site training sessions for various audiences, ensuring clear understanding and practical application of Marelli workshop equipment.
- Equipment Management: maintain, troubleshoot and prepare workshop equipment to ensure it is in proper working order for training sessions.
- Content creation: produce high-quality training materials that align with organizational goals and technological advancements.
- Technical Expertise: stay updated on market trends, new hardware/software and best practices in technical training and equipment operation.
- Documentation & Reporting: keep records of completed training, performance date and program issues to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Education:min.secondary education, preffered tecnical faculty
- Min 1 years professional experience in the area of Automotive
- Technical Competencies: knowledge of the MS Office package, graphic programs, creation Power Point presentations, overall technical backgroun
- Foreign Languages: English knowledge (advantage)
