About the Position:
We are looking for a Logistic Specialist to join the Aftermarket Logistic team, reporting directly to the Logistic Manager.
This position is based at our office in Katowice.
As the Logistic Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible:
Your Responsibilities will be:
- material planning;
- procurement management, define and release weekly Material Planning Program, ensuring the feasibility and compliance with contractual agreements by suppliers;
- maintaining contacts with reliable assigned suppliers;
- maintaining contacts with reliable transport providers and collaborate with 3PL parties;
- customer needs and inventory analysis, monitoring stock and material availability, reports preparation,
- implementation of savings projects.
- collaborate with EMEA Parts Supply Chain Management department, Plants and Purchasing department to manage critical suppliers or to solve critical issues concerning material supply;
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Education: higher education preferred technical/economic faculty
- Foreign Languages: English; knowledge of Italian is welcome
- Knowledge of Polish language
- Technical Competencies: knowledge of the MS Office package (advanced EXCEL), Power BI, knowledge of SAP is welcome
- 3-4 years professional experience at logistics or similar
