About the Position:
We are looking for a Customer service logistic specialist to join the Logistic dpt. in Electronis team, reporting directly to the Leader of planning and customer service.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec - Slovakia.
As the Customer service logistic specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible for EDI monitoring and Communication with customer, logistic claim management in cooperation with other involved departments.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Pre-deliveries creation and deliveries monitoring, transport management
- Customer service level, customer portal management, knowledge of customer`s requirements
- Returnable packaging management
- Customer orders management - Analyse and rework customer demand, creation of demand variation analysis on weekly basis in order to see the trend of received volumes from customer
- Monitoring and managing customer EDI´s in SAP in order to ensure correct visibility for orders and correct delivery timing
- Delivery to customer - Preparation of delivery note before each shipment; Daily communication with export staff; Booking of transport in order to deliver correct quantity at correct time on correct place
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Logistic / Economic degree or very strong interest.
- English language
- Experience and know how in logistic planning, material ordering, warehouse management, flow optimization, logistic tunning.
- Usage of a SAP
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Automotive industry standards.

- Organization, presentation, planning and reporting skills.
- High sense of optimization, management, responsibility, and result orientation.
Expectations from you in this position:
- Insertion of special close orders from customers into SAP to have general overview of a whole demand inside the project
- Negotiation with customer regarding delivery possibilities in case of production and potential delivery shortage
- Analysis for number of standard and special transports done within the month in order to optimize the costs and their following minimization
- Knowledge of customer`s portal in order to manage information related to a middle and long-term order forecast, packaging flow management, definition of logistic and delivery standards, conditions, claim procedures, customer service level
