About the Position:
We are looking for a Dedicated technologist to join the MFE dpt. in Electronics division team, reporting directly to the SMT leader.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec Slovakia.
As the Dedicated technologist at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate, develops and realize new processes.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Follow the 7 steps of World Class Manufacturing, Early Equipment Management for designing and implementing new processes.
- He is responsible for the parameter setting and he is the technical expert of its process lines.
- Proposes and participates to continuously improvements of the process in safety, environment, quality and efficiency
- shall cooperate in defining correct plans for the maintenance of the plant equipment,
- check and ensure the respect of the company standards / rules within its activity: internal rules, ISO TS, ISO 14001, OHSAS standards,
- Actively participate to the improvement of the standards.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Labor and contracts law.
- Health, Environment and Safety.
- Quality management system.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Autocad.
- Education degree: Mechanical/ Electromechanical engineer.
- English language
- Reading of technical drawings (mechanical and electrical).
- Capable of designing technical solution for component assembling and process verification.
- Capable of making process line quotations
- Electro mechanics – strong competences in both mechanics and electrics.
- Strong background in fluid dynamics, mechanics and pneumatics.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Strong competences with assembly lines.
- Industrial process control.
- (for TPS- technologist: Sensibility for electronic processes, background in wire bounding and required surface finishing for appropriate bounding).
- ISO TS knowledge and other type of rules required by specific customer.
- Knowledge in ISO TS, ISO 14001, OHSAS, continuous improvement tools.
- Quality core tools, FMEA, PPAP, P-FMEA, control plan.
- High interest for machine understanding and optimization.
- Previous successful and riche technical experiences with machines.
- High motivation to become the technical leader and the key person related to the assembly lines.
- High willingness to work in team.
- High sense of leadership and autonomy.
Expectations from you in this position:
- Monitoring of cycle time reports
- Periodical check of error rate of P&P machines
- Monitoring of failures on SPI (FTQ of printing process) and elimination of their root causes
- Monitoring of failures on AOI (FTQ of process) and elimination of their root causes
- Monitoring of scraps with quality
- Monitoring of pseudo failures on SPI and AOI with technologist responsible for inspection machines
- SOP ramp up and FTQ with process engineers
- Machines status with maintenance department – support to reduce MTBF
