About the Position:
We are looking for a HR Site Specialist to join the Human Resources dpt. in Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Kechnec PS plant HR coordinator.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec - Slovakia.
As the HR Site Specialist, you will manage end-to-end HR processes for production employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and Marelli standards across recruitment, onboarding, employment changes, and terminations. You will actively collaborate with managers, agencies, and internal HR teams to drive people-focused initiatives and support a positive workplace environment.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for production employees.
- Ensuring legal compliance for EU and third-country employee hires, including work permits and residency.
- Monitoring key HR KPIs such as headcount, absenteeism, and turnover rates.
- Actively cooperating with managers, agencies, and HR colleagues to support daily HR operations and continuous improvement.
- Handling employment documents and ensuring accurate records for all employment relationships.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Degree in Humanities or Economics, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR operational processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and attendance system software.
