About the Position:
We are looking for a Maintenance engineer to join the Propulsion Solutions team, reporting directly to the Leader of Manufacturing engineering and Maintenance Department.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec.
As the Maintenance engineer at Marelli, you will be responsible Check technical availability of the machines, using autonomous and preventive maintenance tools.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Development phase - Participate on the line specification definition to request maintenance- friendly machines; Review the manufacturing line, verifying follow of the maintenance plan
- Manufacturing phase - It is leading in terms of knowledge, coordination and communication for all maintenance specified Shop production unit. Ensure the right level of communication and the sharing of competences and information; Check the technical availability of the line and daily review of the:
- Follow-up of the indicators MTBF MTTR.
- Analysis of the emitted Emergency Work Order (EWO) and finding of the root causes.
- Follow up of the emitted TAGS and their resolution.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Technical knowledge in electrics, mechanics, automation
- Knowledge in maintenance programs (reactive, preventive, predictive)
- Knowledge in maintenance organization, processes, structure, indicator
- Good knowledge of data analysis and presentation
- Strong technical thinking
- Capacity of analysis and fast technical understanding
- Experience in maintenance of machinery
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Knowledge in ISO TS, ISO 14001, OHSAS, continuous improvement tools.
- Automotive standards
- SAP PM
Expectations from you in this position:
- Daily assistance for shift maintenance:
- In case to non solve problems, help and co-ordinate problem solving, requesting support from the central maintenance department if necessary.
- Active participation and creation of training program for shift maintenance, professional maintenance and operators.
- Daily inspection and establishing priorities for maintenance of the Shop and the technical action plan in accordance with the production, quality and maintenance.
- Weekly analysis of the maintenance indicators: MTBF, MTTR, EWO and TAGS together with elaboration of action plan in case of deviation from target.
- Planning of maintenance and realization activities - autonomous and preventive maintenance, repairs; check the correct implementation (quality, timing, and reporting).
- Updating the maintenance plan, updating standard maintenance procedures, in particular moving certain activities to manufacturing operators.
- Check availability of spare parts; optimizing lifespan of components.
