About the Position:
We are looking for a Process Quality Engineer to join the Quality team in Electronics Business, reporting directly to the Shop Quality Coordinator.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec.
As the Process Quality Engineer at Marelli, you will be responsible for daily monitoring of the quality performance (defined projects) and to define the quality requirements for new processes.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Actively improve the quality performance using continuous improvement tools and MMS.
- Has the authority to stop production to correct quality problem based on IATF 16 949.
- Reference and responsible person to ensure product conformity.
- Participating on customer audits and ensure implementation of corrective actions from audit non-conformities.
- Responsible for respect of standards IATF 19494 and internal standards/ and customer requirements.
- Responsible for quality performance, problem solving and continues improvements.
- Responsible for C2/C3 supplier claim management.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- University degree in technical field.
- Product and Process Knowledge.
- Statistic Control Process SPC.
- Quality tools - FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, 5W2H, Ishikawa, 5Why.
- Knowledge of QMS, IATF 16 949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Specific Customer Requirements
- English language - advanced.
Other skills that we would welcome:

- Automotive industry background.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Expectations from you in this position:

- Development and Product/process validation phase: During the design phase, define control plan, participate to FMEA, Flowchart creation, validate the Quality orientation of the designed process
- Daily activities:
- Quality evaluation of processes/products as required by the Control Plan,
- S.P.C. data evaluation to ensure and maintain stability of production processes,
- Monitor collection of records for Safety and Regulation characteristic,
- Process control / Layered process audits.
- Continuous improvement:
- Monitor and report to the management on weekly/monthly basis the quality indicator.
- Based on the deviation, leading team and participate in the team to improve quality of product/process using improvement tools (PDCA, Kaizen, etc.).
