Your Responsibilities will be:
- Manage customer quality claims and ensure prompt resolution.
- Drive improvements in quality processes and practices.
- Support and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
- Maintain key quality documentation and performance metrics.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Experience in automotive industry, technical background.
- University degree in engineering or technical field.
- English language.at advanced level (fluent written and spoken).
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Experience with quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Project management skills to lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in using digital quality tools and platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Expectations from you in this position:
- Responsibility for quality results: claims, external rejects, sorting and rework activities, customer audits support and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and production, to integrate quality requirements into product design and manufacturing processes.
- Audit Coordination and Follow-Up: Ensure the effective implementation of the quality system by organizing and preparing the team for ISO TS audits, coordinating and assisting during audits, and monitoring action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in product quality by implementing proactive measures and innovative solutions.
