About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Recruitment specialist to join the HR dpt. in Electronics team, reporting directly to the HR Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Kechnec Slovakia.
 

As the Recruitment specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate and will be working on  HR proceedings of  Electronics division, as well as Powertrain division.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Responsibility of  recruitment process
  • Cooperation to onboarding processes
  • Managing people turnover process
  • Participation of procedures related with HR and audit preparation
  • Cooperation to other people development processes
  • Cooperate with HR manager and other members of HR team on daily HR tasks

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Education degree: Humanities, or Economics
  • Fluent English 
  • Knowledge of HR soft processes – like training and development, recruitment
  • PC skills mandatory (excel, PWP) – SAP HR, SABA (training) advantage,

  • Ability for Analysis and Synthesis, problem solving oriented, logical approach

Expectations from you in this position:

  • Implement the company policy with regards of people turnover process
  • Conduct the exit interviews
  • Identify new solutions and countermeasures to avoid people turnover
  • Reports creation linked with people turnover
  • Implement the company policy on recruitment area
  • Cooperate with managers, department responsible, HR manager and plant manager to identify the recruitment needs
  • Perform the necessary activities to achieve the set recruitment KPIs
  • Cooperate with Headquarter (HQ)/Divisions and apply directions and regulations set by HQ in recruitment area
  • Provide recruitment process in order to ensure suitable candidates for open working positions
  • Run interviews, provide assessment and selection in order to hire the most suitable employee for company
  • Cooperate with recruitment agency and headhunters
