About the Position:
We are looking for a Shop Quality Coordinator to join the Quality dpt. in Propulsion solutions team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec - Slovakia.
As the Shop Quality Coordinator at Marelli, you will be responsible for Coordinate dedicated quality team for driving the process control, improvement and development.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for all quality KPI: internal scrap, FTQ, PPM at 0km and warranty, cost for internal and external sorting / rework, internal and external action plan, and other according to actual scorecard list.
- Manage dedicated quality team, its priority, its performances and level of competences.
- Establishing, analyse and performing regular quality performance reporting (KPI’s) and activities.
- Active participation in planning and realization of quality training for quality team and others dept. members with a focus on quality requirements, improvement and quality mindset.
- Responsible for respect and verification of standards IATF16949, customer requirements and internal Marelli standards.
- Actively participates in KPI improvement.
- Improve quality mindset.
- Responsible for quality performance, problem solving and improvements related to internal deviation and customer claims.
- He has the responsibility and authority to ensure that customer requirements are addressed. This includes selection of special characteristics, setting quality objectives and related training, corrective and preventive actions, product design and development (IATF16949).
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Quality system management, IATF requirements, certified auditor acc. to VDA6.3.
- English language.
- MS Office.
- Product and process knowledge (after training).
- Quality tools, SPC, MSA.
- IATF knowledge and other supplier and customer specific rules and requirements
- Basic economic and financial knowledge.
- Knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001.
- Automotive industry, experience in the field of mechanics.
- University engineering or technical education.
- Others acc. to actual plant situation and market requirements.
