About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Specialist of Material Management Department to join the Logistics dpt. in Electronics team, reporting directly to the Material Management Leader.

This position is based at our office in Kechnec - Slovakia.

As the Specialist of Material Management Department, you will ensure timely and accurate ordering and receipt of materials to support production. You will also resolve supply discrepancies and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Reviewing material requirements and releasing production work orders.
  • Monitoring supplier deliveries and resolving supply-demand discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels to support production.
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Creating and updating reports on shortages and departmental targets.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Experience and knowledge in planning, buying, and SAP usage within a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of automotive industry standards and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Expectations from you in this position:

 

In this position, you are expected to proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues to ensure uninterrupted production flow. You should maintain clear and timely communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing accurate status updates and recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping material data and inventory records up to date, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
