About the Position:
We are looking for a Technical coordinator to join the MFE and Maintenance dpt. in Propulsion solutions team, reporting directly to the MFE and Maintenance Manager.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec Slovakia.
As the Technical coordinator at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate and hierarchically responsible for the technologists and maintenance engineers.
Coordinate of Introduction of new equipment, the new product technology changes, applying autonomous and preventive maintenance tools and optimization.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- As the reference person is responsible for the technical usage and understanding of the equipment, coordinating of maintenance activities to ensure the good technical condition of the machines and equipment
- Is responsible for the know how deployment of the technology
- Is supporting and developing best practices in the plant and the groups with a strong collaboration with the other plants and R&D
- Has the duty to work on process optimization and problem solving (especially scrap reduction and productivity)
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Technical knowledge in electrics, mechanics, automation, pneumatics, lubrication
- Machine drawing reading
- Basics in CAD
- Equipment design
- Machine validation and Cmk
- Knowledge in maintenance programs (curative, preventive, predictive)
- Knowledge in maintenance organisation, processes, structure, indicators
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Good knowledge of data analysis
- Knowledge in IATF, ISO 14001, OHSAS, other type of rules required by specific customer
- Automotive standards, Problem solving, continuous improvement tools
- Project management knowledge
- Accurate, precise, responsible, stress resistant, flexible.

- Strong sense for organizing, planning and check.

Expectations from you in this position:
- machine and other production means; collaborate to the elaboration of the maintenance plan and take responsibility for its implementation
- Perform machine inspection and process inspection to verify the right usage of the machine by the operators and the technical teams
- To follow, respect and demonstrate commitment with regard to the quality management system according to standard IATF16949, OHSAS standards, the environmental management system and company standards
- Support of the new product launches and starts of production or of implementation of process / product changes, in collaboration with the process engineers, the production team leaders, quality and R&D:
- Elaboration of the machine instructions and of the process parameters
- Define the validation plan with Quality and R&D
- Preparation and constitution of the technical documentation of the processes
- Perform the equipment validation with the support of the technologists and process quality engineers
