About the Position:
Estamos procurando um Analista Tecnologista Processos para se juntar à equipe reportando-se diretamente ao Gerente de Manufatura.
Esta vaga está localizada em nosso escritório em Lavras/MG.
Como Analista Tecnologia Processos na Marelli, você será responsável implantar ferramentais, máquinas e demais meios de produção com o objetivo de possibilitar a fabricação de novos produtos de acordo com o budget e de forma produtiva, com qualidade adequada às necessidades dos clientes e com custos competitivos em relação aos concorrentes, compartilhando tais conhecimentos tecnológicos na fábrica de Lavras, bem como em outras unidades do grupo.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Garantir a estabilidade dos processos de fabricação atuais e aperfeiçoá-los através das análises dos índices de capabilidade, dos custos de produção como também dos indicadores de qualidade.
- Promover a transferência de tecnologia ( know how) para outras unidades do grupo para assegurar a competitividade da empresa, o cumprimento dos prazos de desenvolvimento e qualidade assumidos com os clientes.
- Elaborar estudos das viabilidades técnica/ econômica e estimativas de investimentos em processos de manufatura para subsidiar a cotação de novos produtos.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Graduação completa ou em andamento em Engenharia e areas afins;
- Conhecimento de Processos de segurança relacionados as atividades Operacionais;
- Leitura e Interpretação de Desenho Técnico Mecânico.
