About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Quality Manager to join the Interior Experience team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Lewisburg, TN.
 

 

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Manage all departmental team members including Engineers, Liaisons, Supervisors, and Technicians.
  • Work on the most critical customer / supplier issues as necessary to determine root cause and establish countermeasures.
  • Review / decipher data and put into required reports for the organizational needs.
  • Organize and Evaluate Monthly Quality Reports & attend Management and Executive Staff Meetings.
  • Organize and Evaluate Weekly Quality Reports & Present to Manufacturing Staff.
  • Support daily Manufacturing meetings.Initiate customer and supplier contact for resolving potential product issues.
  • Organize, plan, participate and recommend resolution to product concerns.
  • Organize, plan and contribute to product planning meetings with recommendations for improvements.
  • Travel to the customer and suppliers when necessary.
  • Manage Supplier APQP to support MNA products.
  • Manage supplier product and process development via Supplier Joint check meetings to support MNA new model launch activities.
  • Support MNA supplier selection process by providing staff members to participate in QCDDM audits.
  • Manage critical supplier product and process development by confirming Critical Characteristic Process Capability Achievement.
  • Manage supplier launch preparation by providing staff members to participate in R&R and Launch preparation Audits at supplier locations.
  • Manage staff for timely Supplier PPAP approval.
  • Manage product and process development by supporting Production Engineering in Joint Check meetings to ensure products meet customer specifications.
  • Manage staff for timely Customer PPAP approval.
  • Manage and track Plant QSES Audit status.
  • Review and direct departmental budget and manpower activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Qualifications you will bring:

Have a high school diploma or GED.

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and five plus years experience in related field

An advanced degree and generally four plus years experience in related field.

Certification required in some areas.

Have experience working with integrated computer programs and/or applications.

Have strong communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs.

Be able to pass all background checks and pre-employment tests, including any required drug test.

Be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s/he encounters.
