About the Position:
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join the Aftermarket Spain team, reporting directly to the Aftermarket Spain Trade Marketing Manager.
This position is based at our office in LLINARS.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Define and develop product strategies and roadmaps to drive growth and profitability in the B2B market.
- Create detailed product specifications, including pricing, features, functionalities, based on customer requirements and market demand.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, promotions and product campaigns, including product positioning, to support sales team and strategic development plans.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, KPI’s for each product line.
- Development of communication and advertising tools in line with the company communication strategy in order to improve the product and the company brand awareness. Manage digital marketing tools.
- Market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the industrial sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, central marketing, and supply chain to ensure the correct product development.
- Provide product training and support to the sales team, enabling them to effectively communicate product value propositions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to drive collaborative product development initiatives.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- University degree in business administration, engineering or marketing.
- Previous experience or knowledge in product management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of Office suit and SAP.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Fluency in English

- Availability to travel occasionally for customer visits, central meetings and market events.
