About the Position:
We are looking for a HIL Validation Supervisor to join the Electronics Automotive Lightingh & Sensing team, reporting directly to the Electronics Manager.
This position is based at our office in Mexico city.
As the HIL Validation Supervisor at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
The HIL Validation Supervisor is responsible for leading the development of the HIL for a specific project. The developer specifies the required HIL IO based on project requirements. Responsibilities include Simulink model development, DSPACE control/configuration desk development, harness design, payload construction and configuration, and test rig setup.
- HIL (Hardware in the Loop) Development
- Model-Based Design (Simulink)
- Diagnostic Protocols/Standards
- Electrical Troubleshooting
- HIL Harness Design/Development
- Test Automation Design and Implementation
- HIL Equipment Configuration
- HIL Equipment Maintenance
- Test Case Development and Maintenance
- Test Pattern Development and Maintenance
- Testing Requirements Analysis
- Test Planning Management
- Comply with Marelli's quality policy.
- Comply with company safety and hygiene standards, using personal protective equipment appropriate for the job, avoiding improvisation.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Advanced English
- HIL development, preferably on more than one platform (SPACE, NI Veristand, Vector VT)
- 5 years of experience in electronic hardware and validation in the automotive industry.
