Process Engineer

 

We are looking for a [Process Engineer]  to join the [Process] team, reporting directly to the [Plant Manager].
 

This position is based at our office in [Guangzhou Nansha].
 

As the [Process Engineer] at Marelli, you will be responsible to direct and to oversee all aspects of the engineering process and manufacturing engineer objectives and initiatives for Plant development

Your Responsibilities will be:

 To mentor and to develop employees through personal leadership qualities and through agreed training plans ;

  • To ensure best utilization of available manufacturing capacity in order to minimize capital expenditures;
  • To manage process and product conformity audits and to eventually undertake adequate counteraction;
  • To manage the design, layout, testing and evaluation of mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems;
  • Responsibility for the design, layout, testing and evaluation of mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  •  Application of Project Management, Concurrent Engineering and Industrial Engineering techniques;
  •  Consolidation of mechanical design elements results, performing product develop'Primary Cost Analysis, Budget Plan Management and workflow initiative implementation.ment activities including drawing board layout and interpretation of CAD platform;
  • 'Constant collaboration with Logistic Department for Production Levelling optimization and Packaging harmonization. 
  • 'Primary Cost Analysis, Budget Plan Management and workflow initiative implementation.
  • 'Safety Indicators Management: frequency index and gravity index;
  • 'Productivity Indicators Management: "good hours", OEE, Manpower losses;
  • 'Quality Indicators Management: IPTV, ppm 0km, DPKU, FTQ, scraps;
  • 'Product Indicators Management: NPV, Pay Back, Value Added.

Other skills that we would welcome:

 

  •  Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
  •  English 
  •  minimum 3 years  experience on a similar position
