Process Engineer
We are looking for a [Process Engineer] to join the [Process] team, reporting directly to the [Plant Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Guangzhou Nansha].
As the [Process Engineer] at Marelli, you will be responsible to direct and to oversee all aspects of the engineering process and manufacturing engineer objectives and initiatives for Plant development
Your Responsibilities will be:
To mentor and to develop employees through personal leadership qualities and through agreed training plans ;
- To ensure best utilization of available manufacturing capacity in order to minimize capital expenditures;
- To manage process and product conformity audits and to eventually undertake adequate counteraction;
- To manage the design, layout, testing and evaluation of mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems;
- Responsibility for the design, layout, testing and evaluation of mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Application of Project Management, Concurrent Engineering and Industrial Engineering techniques;
- Consolidation of mechanical design elements results, performing product develop'Primary Cost Analysis, Budget Plan Management and workflow initiative implementation.ment activities including drawing board layout and interpretation of CAD platform;
- 'Constant collaboration with Logistic Department for Production Levelling optimization and Packaging harmonization.
- 'Primary Cost Analysis, Budget Plan Management and workflow initiative implementation.
- 'Safety Indicators Management: frequency index and gravity index;
- 'Productivity Indicators Management: "good hours", OEE, Manpower losses;
- 'Quality Indicators Management: IPTV, ppm 0km, DPKU, FTQ, scraps;
- 'Product Indicators Management: NPV, Pay Back, Value Added.
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
- English
- minimum 3 years experience on a similar position
