About the Position:
We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join the Green Technologies, Product Development team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Product Deelopment.
This position is based at our office in Ora, Gunma in Japan.
As a Product Development Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible for the product development of primarily diesel engines for LCVs (Light Commercial Vehicles) and CVs (Commercial Vehicles) and managing six team members of Exhaust HOT product development team. Representative development products include catalytic converters such as DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst), DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction), and mixers.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Exhaust HOT Deisel products for CV
- Exhaust HOT Deisel products for LCV
- Exhaust HOT Basic Development for Diesel
- Benchmark activity for Disel
- Participation in AICE
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Engineeering
- TOIEC of 600 more above
- >15 years minimum experiences in engineering with OEM
- >5 years minimum experiences in people management and project management.
- Advanced Engineering knowledge of Diesel ATS (Aftertreatment System)/DPF/SCR
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Production Engeenring skills
- SIM (Fire and CFD)
- Quality assurance capabilities

- Validate and instruct drawings and documents for the product development.
