About the Position:
We are looking for a Sales Manager of Thermal products for Nissan & Mitsubishi group to join the Sales Japan team, reporting directly to the GTS Region Sales Sr. Manager.
This position is based at our office in Gunma, Japan.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Sales Promotion and development of new business
- RFQ Revision and preparation of Go-no go meetings
- KO to the CFT on new RFQs and follow up for on time delivery
- Price Quotation preparation and negotiation with customer
- Engineering changes quotation
- Volume validation and review
- Material Fluctuation and contract negotiation with new costumers
- Claim management
- Profit improvement generation
- Price reduction negotiation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage current and new customers
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to use initiative seeking new customer opportunities

- Identify new business opportunities

- Review and validate the admin sales work for customers
- Report back to senior managers
