About the Position:

Your Responsibilities will be:
- Lead PPDE team to deliver on KPI result. Continuously review opportunity for improvement
- Develop and define regional commodity strategy aligned with global strategy and implementation
- Secure achievement of the project KPI defined in RQA phase for responsible commodities and projects
- Provide effective Purchasing support for the acquisition and development of the new projects.
- Negotiation of prices, terms and conditions with suppliers for Electronical parts
Drive early supplier involvement in projects and align inputs with internal stakeholders
- Target cost evaluation and definition of sourcing strategy for responsible Commodity
- Participates – on demand – to supplier audits and visits for productivity, technology, and management capability review
- Identifies technology trends that lower cost and increase quality (market know-how)
- Contributes to implementation planning and change management initiatives
- Other Tasks by manager
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Engineering or commercial degree
- Around 3-5 years’ experience (automotive preferred) in purchasing of Electrical components (preferably PCBA parts)
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of EMS market
- Able to work alone as well as in team
- Problem solving, leadership, international mindset
- Capacity to cooperate in a Global environment as a part of a Global team
- IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, SAP)
- Flexibility and ability to travel
- Target oriented
