Mechartronics Engineer
We are looking for a [Mechartronics engineer] to join the [Product Development Department + Ride Dynamics] team, reporting directly to the [Mechartronics Manager].
This position is based at our office in [Shanghai].
As the [Job Title] at Marelli, you will be responsible to analyze technology and propose improvements along the development phase of the technology.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Engineer responsible to coordinate assembly of the mechanical and hydraulic subsystems of the technology along the development phase and able to support manufacturing team for improvement and diagnosis during production.
- Engineer responsible for diagnosis in the development phase and during the production phase of the product.
- Engineer responsible for local bench test activity, test definition, test results interpretation during development and production phase for mechanical/hydraulic and electromechanical products.
- Engineer able to interact with customer during proving ground testing phase.
- Engineer with knowledge in shock absorbers and tunning of shock absorbers.
- Engineer with experience in tunning of semiactive shock absorber.
- Responsible for problem tracking, follow up and resolution.
- Responsible to interact with customer for problem tracking, follow up and resolution.
- Responsible to interact with central team for problem resolution.
- Responsible to collect customer requirements, requirement analysis, requirements interpretation.
- Responsible to support central team regarding the local supplier’s identification, evaluation, and development.
- Support for Quality team, local and central for problem tracking and resolution.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanics or Mechatronic.
- At least 3 years experience in automotive field for product development.
- Good knowledge regarding hydraulics and mechanics.
- Competences in CAD
- Knowledge on Mathcad
- Knowledge on Simulink
- At least Basic knowledge EOL principles knowledge.
- Fluency in English.
