About the Position:

 

We are looking for a [Job Title]  to join the [Department + Division/ Function] team, reporting directly to the [Job Title’s Manager].
 

This position is based at our office in [locations(s)].
 

As the [Job Title] at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....

Your Responsibilities will be:

Complete evaluation of Asian projects in the PSR (Project Status Report).

Tracking that projects are managed according CP 303.

Pushing for strong communication between R&D mechanics, R&D electronics, production plant, supplier, PUR.

Reducing the number points evaluated with yellow inside the PSR.

Highlighting the points evaluated with red and leading this green or at least yellow as soon as possible.

Requesting management support in case of critical points.

Keeping clear interfaces to DQ (Development Quality), PM, R&D, SQA, PUR, Plants EQM and ID/MFE.

Releasing electronic systems, sub-System and sub-Modules based on PPAP or PPA coming from MM/AL internal electronic production.

Pushing for reaching a final release without necessity of special releases.

Implementing lessons learned in a strong way.

Supporting to manage customer complaints related electronic issues.

Respecting the defined timing for the 8D-procedure.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering or Physics.
  • Five years plus working experience in the Project management field with foreign-invested companies.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.
  • Knowledge of VDA 6.3 requirements.
  • Knowledge of automotive core tools ( APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Quality Management and Quality Tools (8D, Ichikawa, PDCA, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Fluent English language.
