About the Position:
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join the Quality team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
This position is based at our office in Ramos Arizpe.
As the Quality Engineer at Marelli, you will be responsible monitoring and controlling all production processes, evaluating and approving corrective actions, in order to produce quality metrics for management review and responsible for coordinating service and customer service activities, conducting internal audits to monitor the execution of the requirements given by the client.
Your Responsibilities will be:
• Reduce quality risks in manufacturing by participating in risk assessment and mitigation initiatives.
• Evaluate and update quality-related process documents (e.g., P-FMEA, Control Plans, etc.) following customer complaints and changes, ensuring adherence to quality procedures.
• Ensure customer complaint management through the systematic use of WCM tools and the F3A methodology/enhanced 8D reporting, in collaboration with Customer Quality.
What Qualifications you will bring:
• Education: Bachelor's or Engineering degree.
• Advanced English (written/spoken)
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
