About the Position:
We are looking for a Plant Quality Specialist to join the Quality Propulsion Solutions team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
This position is based at our office in Ramos Arizpe.
As the Plant Quality Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling of all the production processes, evaluation and approval of corrective actions, in order to produce quality metrics for managerial review and responsible for coordination of the activities of service and attention to the customer, by conducting internal audits in order to monitor the execution of requirements given by the customer.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Validate / maintain / update Control Plans, QA Network and Control Instruction along all the process phases
- Ensure Customer Claims Management by systematic use of WCM tools and F3A methodology / 8D enhanced reports, in cooperation with Customer Quality
- Evaluate and update Quality related process documents (es. P-FMEA, Control Plans etc.) after Customer Complaints and changes, assuring follow-up of of the Quality procedures
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Engineering Degree
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- 3 - 5 years within the automotive sector
