About the Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous Financial and Banking Operations Specialist to join our team. This role demands a keen interest in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, preferably with banking experience. The primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless operation of lender consents, covenant reporting, and collateral guarantees within the company, as well as maintaining critical internal documents and communication with stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Lender Consent Management:
- Coordinate and manage requests for lender approval and lender consent related to domestic asset disposal.
- Facilitate communication and correspondence with lenders, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Arrange and manage both on-site and virtual bank meetings effectively.
- Covenant Reporting:
- Handle the preparation, submission, and regular updating of documents related to covenants, including seal registration certificates and stock options.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with both domestic and international record-keeping requirements.
- Collateral and Guarantee Evaluation:
- Coordinate appraisals with various institutes, including Japan Real Estate Institute.
- Manage updates to security guarantee and external warehouse documentation.
your Responsibilities will be
- Lender Communication:
- Schedule and lead "To Do" meetings with lenders.
- Ensure all lender-related communications are addressed and documented efficiently.
- Internal Operations:
- Maintain and update internal lists and records such as company lists, loan balances, and legal entity lists.
- Manage internal document storage and organizational tools.
- Miscellaneous Duties:
- Organize critical year-end and New Year events and calendars.
- Supervise document uploads using platforms like Intralinks.
- Facilitate the signing of Financing contracts and process invoice payments.
