About the Position:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engin. Specialist  to join the Manufacturing GTS team in Thermal Solutions division reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineer manager.
 

This position is based at our office in San Francisco Plant, Aguacalientes City.
 

As the Manufacturing Engin. Specialist at Marelli, you would play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes. Your main focus would be on ensuring efficiency, quality, and innovation within our thermal system production. 

Your Responsibilities will be:

    • Process Development and Optimization:

      • Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.
      • Analyze current production methods and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Quality Assurance:

      • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all processes meet company standards and compliance requirements.
      • Investigate and troubleshoot product issues related to process deviations.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:

      • Work closely with R&D, production, and product design teams to integrate new technologies and materials.
      • Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting:

      • Utilize data-driven analysis to provide insights on process efficiency and yield.
      • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on process changes and outcomes.
    • Project Management:

      • Lead projects focused on process improvements, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing timelines.
    • Safety and Environmental Compliance:

      • Ensure all processes align with safety regulations and environmental standards to maintain a safe working environment.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  • Higher education (Engineering)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in same rol
