About the Position:
We are looking for a Operational Unit Senior Specialist (Senior Supervisor) to join the Manufacture GTS team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Toluca city.
As the Operational Unit Senior Specialist (Senior Supervisor) at Marelli, you will be responsible oversee all production operations to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with quality standards
Your Responsibilities will be:

Operational Excellence:
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical services that align with Marelli's business objectives.

- Provide expertise and guidance to technical teams in resolving complex issues.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution.

What Qualifications you will bring:
