About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Product Quality Specialist to join the Quality GTS team, reporting directly to the quality senior supervisor.
 

This position is based at our office in San Francisco de los Romo plant, Aguascalientes city.
 

As the Product Quality Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations 

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  •  Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement plans.
  • Problem Solving:

    • Investigate product quality issues and work to resolve them promptly.
    • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes.
  • Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities and findings.
    • Prepare reports for management that include analysis, trends, and recommendations.
  • Customer Interaction:

    • Act as a liaison with customers regarding quality issues and resolutions.
    • Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
  • Training and Development:

    • Provide training and support to employees on quality systems and processes.
    • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methods.

What Qualifications you will bring:

 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Other skills that we would welcome:

 

  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in quality management tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO standards.
