About the Position:
We are looking for a SCM Manager to join the SCM GTS team, reporting directly to the SCM Senior Manager.
This position is based at our office in San Francisco Plant, Aguascalientes city.
A Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager at Marelli is tasked with overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective fulfillment of customer requirements.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Supply Chain Strategy:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiencies.

Logistics and Inventory Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of logistics and inventory to maximize service levels while minimizing costs.
- Implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess.

Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with procurement, production, engineering, and sales teams to coordinate supply chain activities.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and materials.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish KPIs to measure supply chain performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Significant experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of leadership and improvement initiatives. (8+)
