About the Position:
We are looking for a Work Analysis Manager - NPL Manager to join the Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in San Francisco Plant, Aguascalientes city.
As the Work Analysis Manager - NPL Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible for support the Management of product indusitral PM with the industrialization and Launch activities through the supervision of the whole process: from the offer preparation phase including feasibility, to the production ramp-up phase. For Pre-SOP projects as well as Post-SOP projects (engineering changes).
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Issue solving, monitor and support CFT to achieve the process objectives (cost quality and time to market).
- Cross match all projects requirements with the plant workload: engineers, production and support areas.
- Guarantee budget to Raw materials and components for the new product trial.
- Validate, align and approve the Project Deliverables.
- Validate project industrialization Schedule, with identified and optimized Critical Path.
- Provide the technical knowledge if its missing to the team.
- Support to solve the escalated items.
What Qualifications you will bring:

Bachelor Degree

Engineering/New Product Launch/Design 5 years
- Administrative, productive areas, suppliers & customer plant.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in new product introduction, process improvement, or a related field.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in relevant data analysis and project management tools.
