About the Position:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the Logistic Department team, reporting directly to the Customer Service and Production Planning Manager.
This position is based at our office in Sosnowiec.
As the Customer Service Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible:
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining optimal inventory levels by updating forecasts to suppliers
- Ongoing verification of order completion dates based on supplier confirmation
- Filing a complaint
- Cooperation with regular and new supplier
- Cooperation with customs agencies
- Organizing transport for material deliveries
- Management of crisis situations;
- Organization of packaging transports
- Participation in supplier and plant inventories
- Cooperation with other departments within the company;
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Higher education, preferably in: logistics management / production management and engineering / logistics or economics)
- Experience in a similar position
- Communicative knowledge of English in speech and writing
- Use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to think analytically
- Stress resistance;
- Ability to work in a team
- Communication skills
- Systematicity, accuracy, punctuality
- Focus on achieving goals and achieving results
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Knowledge of SAP
- French language
