About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Customer Service & Production Planning Manager  to join the Logistic Al & S team, reporting directly to the Logistic Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Sosnowiec.
 

As the [Job Title] at Marelli, you will be responsible:

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Customer service level management in line with customer expectations
  • Planning and executing  production to secure shipments according to customer expectations with maximum reduction of losses…...
  • Planning and implementing pre-production to secure assembly needs with maximum reduction of losses
  • Maintaining an optimal level of finished goods and semi-finished products inventory
  • Anticipating, resolving, and escalating issues in the production schedule and customer shipments
  • Ensure proper flow of information
  • Preparing production data regarding workforce requirements
  • Considering customer requirements for logistics information
  • Monitoring Scorecards and customer portals
  • Implementing appropriate actions to achieve defined logistical and plant goals

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management,  Industrial Engineering, Business or Logistics Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience, on managerial positions
  • Good level of customer service and production planning knowledge
  • Computer literate, able to operate SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
