About the Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join Green Technology Solutions HR team. This role is crucial for the comprehensive monitoring, analysis, and reporting of key HR metrics, ensuring alignment with both organizational goals and financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be adept at working collaboratively across functions to enhance our global HR operations.
 

The position is based at our office in Sosnowiec, Poland.

The position can also be based in Trnava in Slovacchia.
 

Global HR Operations Specialist at Marelli will focus on HR reporting tasks, providing HR support and driving initiatives across global manufacturing sites.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Monitor and analyze key HR KPIs, focusing on global data related to headcount, absenteeism, overtime, and labor losses, providing additional analysis to support business goals
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure consistent and accurate alignment between headcount data and labor costs
  • Develop accurate organizational reports, assist HR colleagues with budget and forecast activities, provide detailed headcount projections, and evaluate the financial impact of workforce changes
  • Analyze data trends to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management, highlighting headcount metrics and offering strategic insights
  • Ensure all reporting and forecasting activities comply with labor laws and regulations
  • Improve the accuracy and efficiency of reporting by updating tools and methodologies
  • Participate in cross-functional workforce analysis and cost planning projects
  • Act as the key HR liaison between central HR and manufacturing sites, ensuring adherence to global HR policies
  • Support manufacturing-specific global HR initiatives such as scorecards, lean strategies, skills matrix, and gap analysis
  • Lead efforts to standardize HR processes across global manufacturing to improve efficiency and consistency and assist in the adoption and implementation of global HR systems and tools within manufacturing

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting, preferably in a global manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools and software
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in English
