About the Position:
We are looking for a Logistuc Specialist to join the Logistic ne Launches Department team, reporting directly to the Logistic New Launches Manager.
This position is based at our office in Sosnowiec.
As the Logistic Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible:
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Production planning in the launch phase
- Customer logistics support
- Securing components, purchased materials, and packaging for production
- Establishing/maintaining optimal safety stocks
- Preventing special transport costs
- Preventing the emergence of obsolescence
- Anticipating, solving, and escalating supply issues, and verifying the possibility of finding alternative methods to secure production
- Clarifying inventory, transportation, and invoice discrepancies, and managing logistics complaints
- Implementing savings using the MMS methodology
- Packaging management
- Implementing WPI for each project
- Managing IC transfers
- Managing inventories
- Participation in customer audits; project approvals
- Monitoring and reporting OTD (On-Time Delivery), inventory
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or Logistics Management.
- Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience
- Computer literate, able to operate SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
