About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Sales Specialist  to join Sales & Marketing team, reporting directly to the Renault GKAM, Nissan-Mitsubishi EMEA KAM.
 

This position is based at our office in Sosnowiec, Poland.
 

Sales Specialist at Marelli is a pivotal role within our Account Management team, focusing on managing and growing relationships with a specific subset of clients within a targeted industry or product line. This role requires a deep understanding of both the clients’ business needs and our company’s offerings, with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor and partner to our clients. Sales Specialist is expected to identify and leverage opportunities for growth within their specialty area, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure that our solutions are effectively meeting the unique challenges and opportunities faced by their clients.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the specialty area, advocating for their needs internally and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and solutions.
  • Order Intake: actively support achievement of Order Intake assigned targets and related data collection.
  • Support all claims processing activities for assigned customer portfolio in alignment with company policies and targets.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain and expand expert knowledge of the industry or product line of the specialty area, including trends, challenges, and competitors, to provide insightful, consultative advice to clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to drive the development and marketing of offerings that are tailored to the needs of clients in the specialty area.
  • Revenue Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the specialty area to drive revenue growth, while implementing retention strategies to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Education and Support: Provide clients with ongoing education and support regarding new and existing products or services, ensuring they understand and derive maximum value from our offerings.
  • Credit Collection: monitor Customer's payment status being accountable to ensure on-time payments interfacing with Customer and internal departments and supporting Customer Support in the credit collection task.

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or in a field related to the specialty area
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years in account management, with a proven track record in a role that requires deep industry or product specialization
  • English language is a must
