About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Customer Service & Production Scheduling to join the Logistics Ride Dynamics team, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager.
 

This position is based at our office in Saltillo/MX.
 

As the Customer Service & Production Scheduling at Marelli, you will be responsible

Your Responsibilities will be:

 

  • Manage customer orders and monitor delivery timelines
  • Coordinate activities between Sales, Production, and Logistics teams
  • Schedule production based on demand and manufacturing capacity
  • Track production orders and adjust schedules as needed
  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels and on-time delivery
  • Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
  • Provide customer support with focus on quality and responsiveness
  • Analyze service and production KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and production processes

What Qualifications you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in customer service, production planning, or supply chain operations
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and production scheduling
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with S&OP processes and inventory management
  • Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus

  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Manufacturing to align priorities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and customer service processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and environmental, safety, and quality standards
  • Provide regular reporting to management on deliveries, production status, and customer service performance
