About the Position:
We are looking for a Customer Care Engineer an Incoming Inspection to join the Quality Ride Dynamics team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
This position is based at our office in Derramadero.
As the Customer Care Engineer an Incoming Inspection at Marelli.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Responsible for monitoring of customer Portal and provide quick respond to Customer (verbal, written and Portal) for customer satisfaction.
What Qualifications you will bring:
• Manage Customer Claims by 8D enhanced reports, in cooperation with Shop floor Quality and MFE department
• Support periodical product requalification (according to Customer and QMS requirements)
• Attend and manage Customer Audits (Champion).
• Ensure customer specific requirment are in place into the QMS and shop floor.
• Analyze the warranty returns according to established rules and procedures, and keep updated the related Data Base.

- Engineer Degree
- English verbal, reading and written autonomous skills
- 2 minimum years within the automotive sector
