About the Position:
We are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join the Quality Ride Dynamics team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
This position is based at our office in Derramadero, Coahuila.
As the at MarelliQuality Coordinator, you will be responsible Ensure Quality Customer Satisfaction through efficient management of Customers claims and complaints, field analysis and investigation to improve product reliability and warranty cost, supported by Plant Customer Quality and Process Quality Engineers.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling of all the production processes, evaluation and approval of corrective actions, in order to produce quality metrics for managerial review and responsible for coordination of the activities of service and attention to the customer, by conducting internal audits in order to monitor the execution of requirements given by the customer.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Engineering degree our another completed/Diploma a bachelor's degree.
- Good English knowledge.
- 3 - 5 years within the automotive sector.

Expectations from you in this position:
•Reinforce standard procedures, methods and tools to Pursue Customer Satisfaction through efficient management of their claims and complaints, field analysis and investigation to improve product reliability, transversal action plans
• To manage the absenteeism and to guarantee the required quality levels.
• Perform scrap data collection, their stratification and analysis to identify root causes, supporting plant activities for scrap reduction.
• Reduce quality risks in Manufacturing by attending the initiatives for Risk Assessment and Mitigation (ex. P-FMEA) and supporting initial release of process and components (or in connection to product and process changes)
• Validate / maintain / update Control Plans, QA Network and Control Instruction along all the process phases
• Ensure Customer Claims Management by systematic 8D enhanced reports, in cooperation with Customer Quality
