About the Position:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor in Shocks Plant to join the Production Ride Dynamcis team, reporting directly to the Production Manager.
This position is based at our office in Derramadero.
As the Production Supervisor in Shocks Plant at Marelli, you will be responsible to guarantee the profitability & quality of the parts produced in his /her ETU.
Your Responsibilities will be:
• To manage the absenteeism and to guarantee the required production level
• To manage and reinforce collaboration between Team Leaders and Machine Leaders
• Application of the continuous improvement tools and stimulating the purposefulness and motivation
• Act as point of reference in case of absence of the Team Leader and/or in case of Capital Intensive dominio workers
• Constant updating of skill maps of the ETU employees
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Diploma or Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Basic English knowledge
- 3-5 years within the automotive sector
