About the Position:
We are looking for an HR Plant Manager to join the HR Ride Dynamics team, reporting directly to the Head of People & Rewards.
This position is based at our office in Saltillo (MX).
As the HR Plant Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving employee engagement and development.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee the plant’s recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure alignment with workforce plans.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Manage and improve employee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Lead and manage the HR team, encouraging professional development and maintaining optimal team performance.
- Foster a culture that promotes knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and constructive communication
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- English - fluent
- Previous experience in a managerial position within HR
Other skills that we would welcome:
- Proven experience with HR metrics and data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Knowledge of industrial safety and plant properties safeguarding
