About the Position:
We are looking for a Quality Welding Engineeer to join the Quality Ride Dynamics team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
This position is based at our office in Derramadero, Saltillo.
As the Quality Welding Enigeer at Marelli, you will be responsible of:
To ensure that an organization's products, services, or welding processes meet established quality standards and requirements to guarantee customer satisfaction and the company's competitiveness.
Your Responsibilities will be:
• Develop and implement quality management systems.
• Develop and update quality procedures and policies.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits.
• Evaluate compliance with standards and regulations.
• Identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect and analyze quality data.
• Monitor and control the quality of products or services.
• Train employees on quality procedures and policies.
• Implement quality controls in processes.
