Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance and Control:
- Implement and monitor plant-quality assurance processes to ensure products meet the company's quality standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, identifying areas for improvement.

- Investigate and analyze quality-related issues that arise in the manufacturing process.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to develop corrective and preventative action plans.

- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and findings.
- Prepare detailed reports for management, outlining quality metrics, trends, and areas of concern.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Core tools, CSR knowledge (BMW, VW).
- Fluent English.
