Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Assurance and Control:

    • Implement and monitor plant-quality assurance processes to ensure products meet the company's quality standards and customer requirements.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  2. Problem Solving:

    • Investigate and analyze quality-related issues that arise in the manufacturing process.
    • Work collaboratively with production teams to develop corrective and preventative action plans.
  3. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and findings.
    • Prepare detailed reports for management, outlining quality metrics, trends, and areas of concern.
  4. Continuous Improvement:

    • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:

    • A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is typically required.
    • Experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
    • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Core tools, CSR knowledge (BMW, VW).
    • Fluent English.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
