About the Position:
We are looking for a Layout Designer to join the Electronic Design inside R&D Lighting team, reporting directly to the Electronic Design's Manager.
This position is based at our office in Tolmezzo.
As the Layout Designer at Marelli, you will develope and design PCB for automotive rear lamp
Your Responsibilities will be:
- deal with design of PCB including the placement and interconnection of electronic components on circuit board (PCB) in order to provide a complete design of electronic board assembled (PCBA) with particular attention to thermal and mechanical aspects to allow the industrialization and including development of the assembly panels
- define, following customer requirements and internal guideline and constraints, LYT architecture and internal specifications
- participate into design reviews and validation of the electronic production process.
- be responsible for creation of Gerber file needed for production of PCB and PCBA and for project LYT documentation according to rules and standards
- release of document set needed for PCBA assembly

- Layout development CAD environments
- Electrical CAD (Cadence) and layout tools
- Knowledge of manufacturing of PCB / LED / PCBA
- Electronic Control of LED
- IBM Doors
- ISO 26262
- Automotive SPICE
- Effective Communication
- Fluent English
- Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent degree
