About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our Toluca plant and become a trusted partner for our people and leaders. In this role, you’ll manage daily HR operations, ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, and help create a positive, inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
Your Impact:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for plant positions.
- Support employee relations, engagement, and wellness programs.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor regulations.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR data and assist with audits.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or automotive.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law and payroll systems.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- English proficiency and MS Office/HRIS experience.
