About the Position:
We are looking for a DigITal Cyber Risk Manager to join the DigITal team, reporting directly to the Cyber Defence & Compliance Manager.
This position is based at our office in Trnava.
As the DigITal Cyber Risk Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible:
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive cybersecurity compliance framework to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX).
- Support and conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies that enhance our overall security posture.
- Develop strategy and oversee the security evaluation and monitoring of third-party suppliers, ensuring they comply with Marelli's security standards and contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures that reflect best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring they are consistently applied across the organization.
- Coordinate internal and external cybersecurity audits, preparing necessary documentation and supporting the audit process to ensure successful outcomes.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance within cybersecurity, a focus on third-party risk management will be a plus.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze complex security information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
