About the Position:
We are looking for a DigITal End-User Workplace Expert to join the DigITal team, reporting directly to the IT EUS, Client & Mobile Platforms Manager.
This position is based at our office in Trnava.
As the DigITal End-User Workplace Expert at Marelli, you will:
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Oversee and support Marelli global End-user systems (working along with the suppliers): MS Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune and Microsoft365 platform.
- Follow the planning, management and execution of EUS projects with a focus on the ongoing Intune Co-management project.
- Build new reports and enhance the existing ones, leveraging on MS PowerBi platform, SQL query, and existing data sources (MS Configuration Manager, Intune, Active Directory, Azure, Service Now).
- Control and support the overall delivery of EUS operations managed by third party suppliers.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in core End-user workplace.
- Support the lifecycle licenses management.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- 5+ years in proven experience in topics mentioned in responsibilities.
- Experience working in an enterprise company across multiple regions or countries or in consulting on enterprise projects.
- Proactivity and ability to work remotely and in effective way.
- Ability to manage and control external suppliers.
- Infrastructure Technologies: knowledge on MS Intune, MS configuration manager, Power BI.
